Terms and Conditions:

  1. Prizes will be ready within a month from the date of announcement of winners.
  2. Readers may send in more than one entry but each contestant may win only one prize

  4. The decision of MatchMove Games Pte. Ltd. will be final and no correspondence will eb entertained.
  5. By submitting an entry, you hereby agree for the use of the contents / creatives to be used by MatchMove Games Pte. Ltd. for promotional and marketing purposes.
  6. Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit and other items
  7. MatchMove Games Pte. Ltd. reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value.

  8. MatchMove Games Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the rules, or close the contest, if necessary without notification.
  9. MatchMove Games Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals believed to have committed fraudulent activities or tampered with the operation of the website and / or promotions.
  10. The Winner of this contest will receive an Apple Ipad 2 (16 GB) Wifi. It will be shipped to the winner from Singapore. MatchMove Games extends no warranties for this item, and shall bear no responsibility for any damage incurred during shipping.
  11. Prize will be sent by international courier. Subject to country import laws.
  12. Prize will take up to a month to deliver, depending on country, available stock and import laws.
  13. A MatchMove Games representative will contact the winner via email to obtain address and contact phone number. Failure to reply within two weeks of sending will result in forfeiture of prizes, next eligible winner will then be considered. There is no fee associated with the delivery of the prize.
  14. Entry to these challenges signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions which include the challenge instructions and rules.
