Business Development Manager

MatchMove Pay, one of the fastest growing and award winning financial technology company, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will proactively source for new business opportunities and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business relationship between MatchMove and potential partners (Financial Services/Lending, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce firms, etc.)
  • Generate leads through existing personal network and conduct research to expand pipeline through new connections.
  • Approach and acquire new partners in various sectors in Indonesia market.
  • Identify business opportunities via discussions, queries, research with potential partners and match their needs and pain points with MatchMove solutions.
  • Prepare proposals for potential partners, conduct sales pitch and negotiate contract terms with partners and communicate terms to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationship with existing partners for business continuity and possibility of cross-sell, up-sell or additional services.
  • Responsible for growing volumes and revenues through effective marketing, research and product enhancement interventions.
  • Provide feedback and inputs to HQ to modify or develop new guidelines, pricing or product enhancements to cater to market needs.
  • Monitor competitive activities and recommend appropriate action.
  • Update and maintain clients’ records in CRM tool.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales/ business development in Finance/Banking/ Payments industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payments, networks and the prepaid/payments products.
  • Have experience in B2B sales with vast network with the fintech, retail and e-commerce players in Indonesia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept in working at a fast paced, start-up environment.
  • Proactive team player with ability to work independently.
