Director – Digital Marketing

If you live & breath digital marketing, we want to talk to you. MatchMove is a B2B business and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to develop, implement, track & optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. The position will be based in our Bangalore office.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Go-to-market strategy including STP (segmentation, targeting and positioning) – charting the course to take us from where we are today to where we want to be.
  • Branding – what is the company’s story and why should a prospective client take notice (logo, tone of voice, look & feel). Create compelling content that raises our brand awareness and increases corporate website traffic.
  • Design, build and execute all Digital Marketing presence – including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
  • Research, analyse, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to increase website traffic, incremental revenue, and new customer acquisition
  • Develop, create and execute measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel- specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing programs, identify trends and insights, draw conclusions and develop recommendations to further optimize future performance based on results, in a timely basis
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Sales Activation – help generate leads, then assist the sales team to close deals through effective collateral, tools, pitch decks, webinars, demos, etc.
  • PR – ensure that PR strategy fits in with the marketing strategy and work with PR firm to help implement. Experience in writing press releases for client and product launches.
  • Collaborate with other vendor partners for events (tradeshows, customer events etc).
  • Define and drive the brand to a range of stakeholders with tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activities
  • Write & create compelling content that raises our brand awareness and increases site traffic
  • Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis
  • Research, analyse, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to increase website traffic, incremental revenue, and new customer acquisition
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Proven digital marketing experience with brands
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • B2B experience is mandatory. Additional B2C experience and regional exposure is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
