MatchMove Pay (, one of the fastest, award-winning Fin-Tech company, is looking for an experienced Regional In-house Recruiter, who will work together with our stakeholders, to source, screen, evaluate and recruit candidates. Working along with the HR team to ensure a steady stream of talent pool as we accelerate growth in the SE Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment life cycle on assigned requisitions in all regions
  • Proficient in sourcing right candidates through networks, contacts and searches
  • Screening & evaluating the potential candidates on cultural and competency fit
  • Responsible for reference check & coordination for any competence test during recruitment phrase
  • Interview coordination and follow up with hiring managers
  • Establish and maintain ATS to manage applicant flow and for compliance and tracking reports
  • Work with the HR team to develop and implement hiring strategies to provide a qualified and diverse talent pool, including passive candidate sourcing.
  • Manage candidate process to ensure a positive recruitment experience


  • Minimum 3-5 yrs of proven technical and senior roles recruiting experience, successfully executing a variety of searches
  • Prior working experience in a corporate recruitment and agency recruitment settings
  • Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices and trends
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should have good knowledge of start up, financial and technology industries
  • Candidate shall be self motivated & result oriented
