MatchMove Pay, one of the fastest growing and award winning financial technology company, is looking for a QA Manager to ensure quality across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert QA professional with 10 years of experience  in managing software testing project delivery,  designing test architectures and test automation solutions.  Should be hands on.
  • Extensive experience in strategizing, planning and execution of testing projects,  collaborating with world wide product, customer delivery and scrum teams.
  • Manage Stakeholder expectations…deliver in time and quality.
  • Experience in successfully planning, driving and  delivering QA efforts for large-scale financial applications.
  • Experience developing Test Strategy,  TDD, Automation / testing Frameworks,  Test Plan, Estimation,   QA processes / procedures, metrics / measurement and reporting.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, automation, security,  compliance and  innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of QA experience with background in product testing, automation, performance, and mobile experience.
  • Highly competent professional with  strong QA leadership, delivery and project management skills.
  • 4  years  experience as a Sr. QA / QA Manager with ability to lead a 10 plus high performing QA specialists.
  • 5  years experience as a hands on tester / lead with strong automation and  technology background.
  • 2   years of Agile delivery experience.
  • 2  years experience testing critical / complex  financial applications.
  • Experience using TestRail, Jira, Protractor, GitBash, Playground, PostMan and automation testing tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
